Description
Whenever glaciers are nearby, you are sure to find large boulders known as glacial erratics. These boulders are deposited by the constant downhill movement of the glacier and left exposed as the glacier recedes. This glacial erratic was found in the alpine meadows near Paradise in Mount Rainier National Park, Washington State, USA.
